Warm Apple Ginger Smoothie
Try this warming blend of apple juice, apples, lemon zest, fresh ginger, and pumpkin pie spice.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) Apple Juice
- 320 g (2 medium) apples, halved, seeded
- (1 slice) lemon, 1/8" thick
- 3 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 1/8" slice
- (¼ teaspoon) pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 2 minutes, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
