Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
- 960 ml (4 cups) soy milk, or milk alternative
- 480 g (2 cup) Pumpkin Purée
- 160 g (1 cup) dates, pitted
- Tablespoon (1⅓ Tablespoon) pumpkin pie spice
- 520 g (4 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
