Raspberry Ice Cream
Sweet, refreshing, and the perfect end to any meal.

Ingredients
- 360 ml (1 ½ cups) Almond Milk [or milk alternative ]
- 180 ml (¾ cup) Date Syrup
- (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
- 680 g (1 ½ pounds) frozen raspberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select the Frozen Dessert program. Start the blender and allow the program to complete, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
Chef's Notes
- Taste the ice cream and if there is still a little bit of seed left, blend on high speed using the tamper for an extra 15 seconds.
