Fig Jam

This simple and delicious spread goes well with cheeses, breads, and desserts.

Ingredients

  • 150 g (1 ½ cups) dried figs
  • 420 ml (1 ¾ cups) pear nectar [or pomegranate juice]
  • (½ teaspoon) Winter Spice Seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine pear nectar with figs in a small saucepot and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes to reconstitute. Transfer the mixture to your Vitamix container and secure the lid.
  2. Select Variable 6. Pulse 16 to 18 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
