Winter Spice Seasoning
This versatile spice blend will have you feeling the warmth of the holidays in every dish.
Ingredients
- (2 sticks) cinnamon
- (4 teaspoons) crystallized ginger
- (½ teaspoon) ground cardamom
- (2 Tablespoons) kosher salt, optional
- (2 teaspoons) pink peppercorns
- (1 teaspoon) ground cloves
- 50 g (6 Tablespoons) dried orange peel
- 100 g (4 Tablespoons) brown sugar
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Mixed peppercorns can be substituted if unable to find pink peppercorns.
