Tazón de smoothie de col rizada y manzana

Ingredientes

  • ½ taza (125 g) de yogur de soya de vainilla [o yogur natural bajo en grasa].
  • ½ taza (70 g) de uvas verdes
  • ½ naranja mediana (65 g) pelada
  • ½ manzana mediana (90 g) sin semillas
  • 1 taza (30 g) de col rizada
  • 2 cucharadas (15 g) de semillas de chía
  • 1 plátano pequeño (100 g) pelado, partido a la mitad y congelado

Instrucciones

  1. Vierta todos los ingredientes en el vaso de la Vitamix en el orden indicado y cierre bien la tapa.
  2. Ejecute el programa para tazones de smoothies o encienda la licuadora en la velocidad más baja y luego increméntela rápidamente hasta llegar a la máxima.  Licúe durante 60 segundos usando la barra presionadora para dirigir los ingredientes hacia las aspas.
