Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Ingredientes

  • ¼ de taza (60 ml) de aceite de cacahuate
  • 3 tazas (400 g) de avellanas tostadas sin piel
  • 1 taza (150 g) de chispas de chocolate con leche
  • 1 cup (150 g) bittersweet chocolate

Instrucciones

  1. Place the peanut oil and hazelnuts into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. Run the Nut Butter Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
  2. Cuando se haya formado una mantequilla homogénea, añada el chocolate poco a poco a través de la abertura de la tapita dosificadora, y presione con la barra solo si es necesario.
  3. Once all of the chocolate has been added, start the blender and increase speed to its highest setting and run for 20–30 seconds. Cool in refrigerator to thicken before serving.
