FAQ - Quick & Quiet

Quick & Quiet has a dual blade construction which features a secondary blade for low volumes. This additional blade doubles the cutting edge for faster, more frequent cuts and reduced blend times. The top blade has an aggressive pitch or angle, which helps direct flow and cut ingredients which also helps reduce blend time.

The sound enclosure is the same as The Quiet One. Because of Quick & Quiet’s larger motor, extra foam was added in the motor base for additional sound dampening.

Quick & Quiet’s more powerful motor, innovative container and blade design, updated controls, and 20 A power work together to attack tough recipes more aggressively and produce quality results more consistently. 

Quick & Quiet’s additional programs give customers more versatility, especially those who need a large number of presets. The extra programs also expand customers’ ability to update menus with more difficult recipes like smoothie bowls and lower volume blends. 

Overheating can happen with any piece of equipment. Quick & Quiet proactively addresses market changes like the need for more back-to-back blends, more difficult recipes, and speed of service challenges by incorporating preventative measures like overheating feedback.

The Accelerate container has a new lid, container design, blade assembly, retainer nut, NFC smart technology, and a metal insert stabilizer to help manage difficult blends. Ergonomically designed with a lower handle, the Accelerate improves hand position and pourability and reduces stress on employees’ wrists. The Accelerate container also includes smart technology to help customers track container life better and keep preventative maintenance up to date.  

In some cases, depending on usage and care, components may need to be replaced over time. Quick & Quiet is built to handle tough back-to-back blends with the benefit of reducing warranty claims and minimizing issues like blender down time and labor costs. 

Quick & Quiet has a 4 year, or 700 hours warranty, whichever comes first. Quick & Quiet’s ability to track hours used for the motor and container makes proper blender maintenance easier and customer calls less frequent.
