Red Cherry Smoothie
This vibrant cherry smoothie makes a great breakfast smoothie or a wholesome treat for those with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients
- 226 g (1 cup) coconut yogurt [or favorite yogurt]
- 240 ml (1 cup) water
- 140 g (1 cup) red grapes
- 250 g (2 cups) strawberries
- 280 g (2 cups) frozen dark sweet cherries, pitted
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
- For a less sweet smoothie, try using a blend of half sweet and half tart cherries. Any of your favorite yogurts can be used in this smoothie to give it a delicious, creamy texture.
