Cherry, Pistachio, Cardamom kombucha Smoothie
A unique blend of flavor, with the probiotic help of kombucha.
Ingredients
- 360 ml (1½ cup) kombucha
- 125 g (1 cup) frozen peach slices, (thawed)
- Tablespoon (2 Tablespoons) pistachios, shelled
- Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) honey, optional
- Tablespoon (½ teaspoon) ground cardamom
- Tablespoon (½ Tablespoon) banana, peeled, halved
- 140 g (1 cup) frozen cherries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 1 minute 20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

- 25 g (2 Tablespoons) pistachio nuts, toasted, shelled
- (3 ) dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey], pitted
- (¼ teaspoon) ground cardamom
- 60 g (½ small) frozen banana
- 125 g (1 cup) frozen peach slices, thawed
- 150 g (1 cup) frozen dark sweet cherries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute 20 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
