Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) coconut water
- 240 g (1 ½ cups) green grapes
- 100 g (4 ½ cups) fresh spinach, loosely packed
- (6 ) fresh mint leaves
- 400 g (4 slices) pineapple, peeled
- 200 g (1 ½ cups) frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
