Cucumber Melon Smoothie
This refreshing smoothie showcases the popular combination of cucumber and melon.

Ingredients
- 60 ml (¼ cup) soy milk [or alternative milk]
- 170 g (1 cup) green grapes
- 240 g (1 ½ cups) cantaloupe, peeled, seeded
- 65 g (½ small) cucumber
- 170 g (1 cup) honeydew melon, peeled, seeded
- (1 small) lime, peeled
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
