Summer Splash Smoothie
Melons, peaches, and pineapple bring the taste of summer to a juicy smoothie.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) water
- 340 g (6 Tablespoon) honeydew melon, peeled, havled
- 160 g (4 Tablespoon) slices of cantaloupe, peeled, halved
- 350 g (2 Tablespoon) large peaches, halved, pitted
- 300 g (6 Tablespoon) slices of pineapple, peeled
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

- 80 g (2 slices) cantaloupe, peeled, halved
- 175 g (1 large) peach, halved, pitted
- 150 g (3 slices) pineapple, peeled
