Summer Splash Smoothie

Melons, peaches, and pineapple bring the taste of summer to a juicy smoothie.

Summer Splash Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) water
  • 340 g (6 Tablespoon) honeydew melon, peeled, havled
  • 160 g (4 Tablespoon) slices of cantaloupe, peeled, halved
  • 350 g (2 Tablespoon) large peaches, halved, pitted
  • 300 g (6 Tablespoon) slices of pineapple, peeled
  • 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

  • 80 g (2 slices) cantaloupe, peeled, halved
  • 175 g (1 large) peach, halved, pitted
  • 150 g (3 slices) pineapple, peeled
  • 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes

  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
