Chocolate Shake
Create some great milkshake memories at home.

Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 ) Almond Milk [or milk of choice]
- 10 g (2 Tablespoons) cocoa powder [or chocolate sauce]
- 390 g (3 cups) chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt
- 390 g (3 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Chef's Notes
- For recipe variation, add 2 tablespoons (37 g) malted milk powder for a Chocolate Malt.Replace the ice with more frozen yogurt for a less crystallized texture.
