Banana Avocado Drink
Sweet and creamy, this smoothie is a great way to use any extra bananas you might have in the kitchen.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) Almond Milk
- 160 g (2 medium) bananas, peeled
- 65 g (½ ) avocado, peeled, seeded
- 15 g (2 ) dates, pitted
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
