Kale and Pear Green Smoothie
This vibrant green smoothie blends the delicious sweetness of fresh fruits with nutrient-packed kale.

Ingredients
- 120 ml (½ cup) water
- 150 g (1 cup) green grapes
- 130 g (1 medium) orange, peeled, halved
- 100 g (1 small) banana, peeled
- 90 g (½ ) Bartlett pear, seeded
- 30 g (1 cup) kale
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
