Raspberry Whipped Cream
Whipped cream in the Vitamix Aer Disc container is surprisingly quick and effortless. With or without raspberries, its the perfect addition to a range of desserts.
Ingredients
- 700 ml (3 cups) heavy cream, cold
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) Date Syrup [or or sweetener of choice]
- 130 g (1 cup) fresh raspberries
- teaspoon (2 dashes) vanilla extract, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds.
Chef's Notes
- Raspberries can easily be left out of this recipe for a more traditional whipped cream. Alternatively, other soft berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, etc.) can be added for a different version of this recipe.
