Ingredients

  • 240 ml (8 ounces) light rum
  • 30 ml (1 ounce) peach liqueur
  • 120 ml (4 ounces) simple syrup
  • (1½ ) limes, peeled
  • (1 ) orange, peeled
  • 470 g (2½ cups) frozen peach slices
  • 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 30-45 seconds.

  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
