Orange Juice Plus

Give fresh orange juice an unexpected twist with a splash of vanilla extract.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml (½ cup) water
  • (½ teaspoon) vanilla extract
  • 600 g (4 medium) orange, peeled, halved
  • 30 g (2 ) medjool date, pitted
  • 200 g (1 ½ cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
