Korean Salad Dressing
This dressing is a great accompaniment to any light salad, fish, or vegetable dish, and adds a sweet, salty, and savory component to the mix.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (3 Tablespoons) soy sauce
- 60 ml (¼ cup) rice wine vinegar
- 120 ml (½ cup) sesame oil
- (1 ) honey
- (1 teaspoon) fish sauce
- (1 ) garlic clove, peeled, smashed
- (1 Tablespoon) sesame seeds, toasted
- cup (1 teaspoon) Korean chili flakes, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Emulsify Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades
