Ginger Turmeric Dressing
This light, refreshing dressing will become your favorite go-to for any salad with a delicious blend of lemon, ginger, garlic, and turmeric.
Ingredients
- 1.1 l (4½ cup) extra virgin olive oil
- 30 g (6 pieces) fresh turmeric, or 2 tbsp. ground turmeric, 1/4" slices
- 240 ml (1 cup) red wine vinegar
- 180 ml (¾ cup) fresh lemon juice
- 15 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 1" slice
- (1½ teaspoon) salt, optional
- (6 small) garlic clove, peeled, sliced
- 45 ml (3 Tablespoons) honey, optional
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
