Everything Smoothie

This smoothie is a delicious way to get lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into a single meal!

Ingredients

  • 240 ml (1 cup) soy milk
  • 75 g (½ cup) green grapes
  • 140 g (1 medium) orange, peeled
  • 75 g (1 slice) pineapple
  • 75 g (1 small) carrot
  • 30 g (½ ) celery stalk
  • 45 g (½ cup) broccoli florets
  • 150 g (1 cup) frozen strawberries
  • 60 g (½ small) frozen banana, peeled
  • 105 g (¾ cup) frozen peach slices
  • 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
