Everything Smoothie
This smoothie is a delicious way to get lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into a single meal!
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) soy milk
- 75 g (½ cup) green grapes
- 140 g (1 medium) orange, peeled
- 75 g (1 slice) pineapple
- 75 g (1 small) carrot
- 30 g (½ ) celery stalk
- 45 g (½ cup) broccoli florets
- 150 g (1 cup) frozen strawberries
- 60 g (½ small) frozen banana, peeled
- 105 g (¾ cup) frozen peach slices
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
