Coffee Skim Milk Foam
Whip up a delicious, barista-quality beverage in your own home with the help of the Aer disc.
Ingredients
- 120 ml (½ cup) skim milk
- (1 Tablespoon) granulated sugar [or optional]
- (½ teaspoon) instant espresso powder
- (½ teaspoon) cocoa powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Cold Foam Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 seconds. A thick but pourable foam should form. Serve immediately.
