Matcha Skim Foam
The Aer Disc container has the unique ability to foam and whip ingredients, making a perfect skim or non-dairy whipped topping for your hot or cold brewed coffees or teas.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) skim milk [or milk alternative]
- (1 teaspoon) matcha green tea powder
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Aer® Disc container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Cold Foam Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6. Blend for 15 seconds.
Chef's Notes
- We use Organic Unsweetened Silk Soy milk, Fairlife Skim milk, and Ripple Unsweetened Original milk for the best foams.
