Chocolate Avocado Freeze
Banana and avocado help give this frozen treat its creamy texture. Plus a little chocolate flavor never hurts. So, what’s not to love?

Ingredients
- 360 g (3 Tablespoon) bananas, peeled, halved
- 100 g (¾ Tablespoon) avocado, pitted, peeled
- 64 g (½ cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 90 ml (⅓ cup) Homemade Date Syrup
- 750 g (5¾ cup) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
