Berry Delicious Smoothie
Strawberries, blueberries and cranberries give this smoothie a bright lavender color, while banana and pineapple round out the flavor.
Ingredients
- 720 ml (3 cups) water
- 240 g (2 medium) banana, peeled
- 370 g (2 cups) frozen pineapple chunks
- 280 g (2 cups) frozen strawberries
- 100 g (3/4 cups) frozen blueberries
- 60 g (3/4 cups) frozen cranberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
