Avocado Ranch Dressing
Avocado gives this simple dressing an extra creamy texture and adds great flavor.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) soy milk , or low fat buttermilk
- 75 g (½ ) avocado, pitted, peeled
- 20 g (⅛ ) small red onion, peeled
- Tablespoon (2 ) garlic cloves, peeled
- 60 ml (¼ cup) water
- Tablespoon (½ teaspoon) salt, optional
- Tablespoon (⅛ teaspoon) ground black pepper
- Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) fresh dill
- Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) fresh parsley leaves
