Strawberry Banana Shake
This whole-fruit shake packs intense strawberry and banana flavor for a quick, refreshing snack.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
- 1 cup (120 g) frozen strawberries
- 2 small (340 g) banana
- 1 (360 ml) Almond Milk [or milk alternative]
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
