Raspberry Shake
Fresh raspberries give this shake an intense fruit flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (400 g) dairy free frozen yogurt
- ½ cup (75 g) raspberries
- ¾ cup (180 ml) soy milk , or milk alternative
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
