Ginger Greens Juice
A delicate mix of cucumbers, celery, apples, and kale will give you a little extra pick-up that will keep you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30-45 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
Chef's Notes
- Strain through a nut milk bag or strainer. Filtering the juice will remove the fiber, try drinking this juice as a smoothie when you are in a hurry. Ginger adds great flavor but adding to much can over power, start with a small amount and add more to the blend after you have tried it.
