Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) skim milk, warm, 160°F (70°C)
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) espresso, brewed hot

Directions

  1. Place the skim milk into the Aer® Disc container and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Cold Foam Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to Variable 6.  Blend for 15 seconds.
  3. Portion 1 cup (240 ml) milk foam into each cup and top with 3 ounces (90 ml) espresso. Sweeten if desired.

Chef's Notes

  • Important: This recipe only works with skim milk. Also, it's best to heat the milk in a microwave or on the stovetop to a slow simmer (around 160°F [70°C]). When done aerating, the volume will double.
