Almond Milk
Gather Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cup raw almonds, soaked overnight in enough water to cover and drained
Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Add ingredients to the container, start the machine at Variable 1, and slowly increase to its highest speed.
Blend for 45 seconds.
If you prefer milk without pulp, simply filter it through a piece of cheesecloth or filtration bag.
You can sweeten non-dairy milks to taste with a variety of natural sweeteners, including vanilla, honey, agave, and pitted dates.
Use non-dairy milks as a substitute to dairy milk and cream in any recipe, including soups, baked goods, and milkshakes.
