Everything Smoothie
This smoothie is a delicious way to get lots of fresh fruits and vegetables into a single meal!
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) soy milk
- ½ cup (85 g) red grapes
- 1 medium (140 g) orange, peeled
- 1 slice (75 g) pineapple
- 1 small (75 g) carrot
- ½ cup (45 g) broccoli florets
- ½ cup (15 g) fresh spinach
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen strawberries
- ½ small (60 g) frozen banana, peeled
- ¾ cup (105 g) frozen peach slices
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- ¼ medium orange, peeled
- ¼ cup (35 g) pineapple
- ¼ small (15 g) carrot
- ¼ cup (20 g) broccoli florets
- 1/4 cups (7 g) fresh spinach
- ¼ cup (45 g) frozen peach slices
- ½ cup (75 g) frozen strawberries
- ¼ medium (25 g) frozen banana, peeled

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

For best results, allow frozen fruit to thaw at room temperature 10 minutes before blending.
