Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Blend the flavors of fall right into your morning smoothie with this delicious spin on pumpkin pie.
Ingredients
- 4 cups (960 ml) soy milk [or milk alternative]
- 2 cups (480 ml) Pumpkin Purée
- 1 cup (160 g) pitted dates
- 1 ⅓ Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
- 4 cups (520 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
