Autumn Sweet Potato Smoothie
The bright fall flavors of sweet potato, apple, cranberries, and ginger create this smooth, delicious alternative to apple cider.Ingredients
- 2 ⅔ cups (450 g) red grapes
- 1 medium (130 g) orange, peeled, halved
- 1 (200 g) sweet potato, peeled, cooked
- 1 medium (180 g) apple, seeded, halved
- 1 piece fresh ginger root, 1/2" slice
- 4 (80 g) medjool dates, pitted
- ½ cup (50 g) frozen cranberries
- 4 cups (520 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
