Whipped Cream

Create your own traditional whipped cream for fruit or pie topping. Make it your own by substituting other flavorings for vanilla, or using 1 tbsp of flavored coffee creamer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) date syrup [or sweetener of choice]

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 15 seconds or until stiff peaks have formed.

  • Variations: Substitute other flavorings for vanilla, or use 1 tablespoon flavored coffee creamer, such as hazelnut or Irish cream.Heavy cream should be above 35% fat
