Winter Spiced Pear and Avocado Baby Food
Start your child's love for holiday flavors with this warm spiced blend.
Ingredients
- 450 g (3 ) pears, peeled, chopped
- 210 g (1½ ) avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped
- (1½ teaspoon) ground cinnamon
- (⅛ teaspoon) ground nutmeg
- (⅛ teaspoon) ground allspice
- 180 ml (¾ cup) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
