Whole Fruit Cranberry Refresher
Bursting with flavor, this cranberry mocktail includes hints of citrus and ginger.

Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) cold water
- 60 g (4 ) medjool dates, pitted
- 10 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 1" slice
- 130 g (1 medium) orange, peeled
- (1 ) lime, peeled
- (1 ) lemon, peeled
- 50 g (½ cup) frozen cranberries
- 390 g (3 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary. Serve immediately.
