Vegetable Chicken Baby Food
Carrots, kale, and chicken breast come together in this baby food recipe.
Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) water
- 225 g (1 ) boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, cubed
- 200 g (3 ) carrots, halved, steamed
- 120 g (2 cups) kale, steamed
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades
