Ingredients
- 600 g (3 cups) sweet potatoes, peeled, diced, steamed, cooled
- 200 g (1 cup) salmon fillet, cooked, deboned, flaked, and cooled
- 240 ml (1 cup) breast milk or your choice of alternative milk product
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
