Pineapple Lime Frosé
Pineapple is another great fruit to blend with rosé, balancing out the sweetness with tart tropical flavor that makes for a perfect, refreshing beverage.
Ingredients
- 720 ml (3 cups) rosé
- (1 ) lime, peeled
- 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) honey, optional
- 375 g (2½ cups) frozen pineapple chunks
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 50 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary.
Chef's Notes
This recipe is blended out and ideally served over ice. This is a thick frosé that is delicious poured into a glass already slightly filled with rosé.
