Ground Cornmeal
Whole-grain grinding is made easy in the Vitamix, so you can enjoy all your favorite recipes after a simple blend and get the most out of your container.
Ingredients
- 210 g (1 cup) popcorn kernels, unpopped
Directions
- Place the kernels in the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades as necessary. If a very fine-consistency cornmeal is desired, simply shake through a fine sieve.
