Green Tea Smoothie
This invigorating blend of green tea, mango, and ginger will jumpstart your day.
Ingredients
- 720 ml (3 cups) green tea, chilled
- 15 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 3/4" slice, peeled
- 450 g (2 ) mangoes, peeled, seeded
- (2 ) dates [or 2 teaspoons honey], pitted
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
