Furikake
Sprinkle this traditional Asian spice blend on cooked rice, fish, and other dishes.
Ingredients
- 13 g (½ cup) laver leaf
- 9 g (1 Tablespoon) dried shrimp
- 5 g (4 Tablespoons) katsuobushi [or bonita flakes]
Directions
- Place laver leaf, shrimp, and katsuobushi into the Vitamix container and secure the blade base.
- Select Variable 7. Pulse 5 to 6 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
