Fruit 'N Dates Smoothie
This smoothie is light, perfectly sweet, and full of fruit to make for a delicious beverage that you'll love to sip on.
Ingredients
- 360 ml (1½ cup) coconut water
- Tablespoon (4 ) dates, or honey to taste
- 225 g (2 slices) pineapple, peeled
- 5 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, 1/4" slice
- 70 g (½ cup) frozen peach slices
- 75 g (½ cup) frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
