Avocolada Smoothie
Enjoy all the flavor of a piña colada, but with a lot less sugar and fat!
Ingredients
- 9 ounces (270 ml) soy milk
- 3 ounces (90 ml) pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cups (225 g) green grapes
- ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea powder
- 2 ½ cups (60 g) kale
- 2 ½ cups (90 g) fresh spinach
- 1 (160 g) gala apple, cored, quartered
- ¼ medium (35 g) avocado
- 1 ½ cups (195 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

- ¼ cup (30 g) pineapple
- ¾ cup (180 ml) soy milk
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30-40 seconds, or select Smoothie program and allow to complete programmed cycle.
