All Green Smoothie Bowl
Avocado adds a silky texture to this smoothie bowl, which you can top with fresh berries, nuts, or seeds.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) Almond Milk [or coconut water]
- 2 medium (270 g) avocado, pitted, peeled
- 4 cups (120 g) fresh spinach
- 4 Tablespoons (30 ) hemp seeds
- 4 cups (600 g) frozen mango chunks
- ½ cup (80 g) fresh blueberries, to garnish
- 4 Tablespoons (40 g) unsweetened shredded coconut, to garnish
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
- Portion into bowls and top with fresh blueberries and coconut flakes.
