Summer Splash Smoothie
Melons, peaches, and pineapple bring the taste of summer to a juicy smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 6 Tablespoon (340 g) honeydew melon, peeled, havled
- 4 Tablespoon (160 g) slices of cantaloupe, peeled, halved
- 2 Tablespoon (350 g) large peaches, halved, pitted
- 6 Tablespoon (300 g) slices of pineapple, peeled
- 2 cups (260 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

- 2 slices (80 g) cantaloupe, peeled, halved
- 1 large (175 g) peach, halved, pitted
- 3 slices (150 g) pineapple, peeled
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
