Roasted Sweet Potato Baby Food

Since sweet potatoes are packed with so many nutrients, serving this dish to your child is an great idea.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup (300 g) sweet potato, peeled, diced, roasted, cooled
  • 1½ cup (360 ml) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
