Frozen Strawberry Banana Oat Smoothie
Start your morning off right with a healthy boost of protein and fruit from this oat-based smoothie.
Ingredients
- 3 cups (720 ml) water
- 1 cup (105 g) rolled oats, or steel cut
- 2 cups (300 g) sliced frozen banana
- 2 cups (300 g) frozen strawberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds; or select the Smoothie program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
