Ingredients

  • 3 cups (720 ml) water
  • 1 cup (105 g) rolled oats, or steel cut
  • 2 cups (300 g) sliced frozen banana
  • 2 cups (300 g) frozen strawberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds; or select the Smoothie program and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle.
